The more crew members on the ships the more resources you can farm. Each crew member can only farm 4 times/day (every 6 hours), play in the form of island selection, get the crew members on the island and wait for a period of time to come back and receive rewards.
Gold will help buy items from shops or exchange to $HELM
Beer/Meal will help upgrade your crew members
Beer - 20%
Meal - 80%
Defensive Shield - 10%
Counterattack Shield - 10%
Paper piece - 1%
Small SP bottle - 1%
