Crew members are minted from recruit papers a will help you farm rewards in the game.

Captain

Quartermaster

Sailor

Worker

After minting from the recruit paper, the crew members will be transferred to the ship. Once they are on the ship you can only remove them by burning

There will be no limit on the number of crew members in your wallet, but there can only be 10 crew members on the ship (maximum 1 Captain, 1 Quartermaster, 2 Sailors)

• Tiers: Different tiers -> higher reward

  1. Low reward
  2. Medium reward
  3. High reward
• Roles: Different rarity, rarer -> higher ROI
